Brick Beat Terms of Use

1. Overview

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Brick Beat app and related webpages provided by DNApps.

By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

2. License

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Brick Beat for personal, non-commercial purposes.

This license is not a sale. All rights, title, and interest in the app remain with us or our licensors.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• use the app for unlawful purposes
• copy, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit the app
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the app, except where expressly permitted by applicable law
• interfere with the operation of the app or modify it in unauthorized ways
• use the app in a manner that infringes the rights of others

4. Intellectual property

All visual assets, audio, design elements, logos, text, game structure, and other content in the app are owned by us or our licensors.

Except as permitted by law, you may not use them without prior written permission.

5. Updates and changes

We may modify, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue app features, balance, content, or support at any time.

6. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, and error-free performance.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages, including loss of data, arising out of or related to use of or inability to use the app.

8. Third-party platforms

The app may be distributed through the Apple App Store. Apple’s terms and policies may also apply to your use of the platform.

For App Store distribution, the Apple Standard EULA may apply unless a different region-specific agreement overrides it.

9. Termination

We may limit or terminate access to the app or support if you violate these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of 대한민국 (Republic of Korea), subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws that apply in your region.
