Q. Where is progress stored?

A. Gameplay progress is stored locally on your device. On iOS, progress can sync automatically through iCloud Key-Value Storage when available. On Android, local app data may be included in Android backup if enabled on your device.

Q. Do I need an account?

A. No. Brick Beat creates a generated player identity for ranking, friends, Beat Market, and reward claims, but it does not require account sign-in.

Q. Are there ads or purchases?

A. The app includes optional rewarded ads and interstitial ads. There are no real-money in-app purchases. Coins are earned through gameplay, checkpoint rewards, rewarded ads, Beat Market sale rewards, and referral rewards.

Q. Why does the app ask for microphone permission?

A. Microphone permission is used only when you choose to record sounds in Beat Labs. You can still play the main game without recording.

Q. How do I report public Beat Market content?

A. Use the Report button on a public beat pack card in Beat Market. If you need additional help, contact support with the public pack ID and a short description of the issue.

Q. What works offline?

A. Core Run gameplay, local progress, local upgrades, and local Beat Labs packs work offline. Ads, Distance Rank, friends, Beat Market, referrals, and reward claims require network access.

Q. The app crashes or does not launch. What should I send?

A. Please include your device model, operating system version, app version, and steps to reproduce the issue.
