Brick Beat Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-04-05
1. Overview
DNApps ("we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how data is handled in connection with the Brick Beat app available on the Apple App Store and Google Play.
2. Data handling
Brick Beat is a free-to-play game that includes advertising to support development. The app uses the Google AdMob SDK to serve rewarded and interstitial ads. As a result, certain data may be collected by third-party advertising partners as described below.
The app does not require account sign-in, does not use a microphone, and does not include online multiplayer.
3. Data stored on your device
The app stores gameplay-related information locally on your device, including:
- stage progression
- coin balance and upgrade state
- local settings values
On iOS, this data may also sync via Apple iCloud Key-Value Storage, managed by Apple under Apple's own privacy policies. On Android, data is stored locally and may be included in Android's automatic backup if enabled on your device. We do not operate separate servers to store this data.
4. Advertising and tracking
Brick Beat uses the Google AdMob SDK to display rewarded ads and interstitial ads. The app also uses the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) SDK to manage privacy consent for users in regions that require it (e.g., EU/EEA under GDPR, US states under CCPA/CPRA).
On iOS, when you first interact with an ad, the app requests your permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. If you grant permission, your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) may be shared with Google and its advertising partners to serve personalized ads. If you decline, ads are served in a non-personalized (contextual) mode.
On Android, the AdMob SDK may use the Android Advertising ID (AAID/GAID) for ad personalization. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device's Settings > Privacy > Ads.
On both platforms, the AdMob SDK may collect the following types of data:
- Device identifiers (e.g., IDFA on iOS, AAID on Android, if permitted)
- Coarse location (e.g., IP-based city-level location)
- Ad interaction data (e.g., impressions, taps)
- Diagnostic and performance data (e.g., crash logs, latency)
This data is collected and processed by Google under Google's privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
On iOS, the app participates in Apple's SKAdNetwork for privacy-preserving ad attribution.
5. Analytics and diagnostics
We do not use a separate analytics SDK. However, the AdMob SDK may collect diagnostic and performance data as part of its normal operation.
Apple and Google may also independently process certain platform-level diagnostic information under their own policies.
6. Customer support requests
If you contact us directly for support by email or through a support form, we may process the information you choose to provide so we can respond to your request. This may include:

7. Children's privacy
Brick Beat is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. The ad experience is managed by Google AdMob, which may apply its own age-appropriate ad policies.
8. Sharing with third parties
Advertising data is shared with Google and its advertising network partners as part of ad serving. We do not independently sell or share personal data with other third parties.
9. Retention
Locally stored gameplay data remains on your device (and in iCloud on iOS) until you delete the app or clear app data.
Advertising data collected by Google is retained according to Google's data retention policies.
Support communications may be retained only as long as necessary to respond to the request and comply with legal obligations.
10. Your rights
On iOS, you can control ad tracking through Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking, and reset your advertising identifier in Settings > Privacy & Security > Apple Advertising. On Android, you can manage your advertising ID in Settings > Privacy > Ads, or opt out of personalized ads.
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information related to a direct support request.
